Intern - Infrastructure

Job Description

• Assist L2/L3 engineers with day-to-day operational tasks such as system monitoring, log reviews, and basic troubleshooting
• Support documentation activities including SOP updates, configuration records, and knowledge base creation
• Perform routine health checks on servers, storage, virtualization, and backup systems under supervision
• Provide first-level support for non-critical incidents and escalate issues appropriately
• Participate in project implementation activities, gaining exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments

Person Specification

• Completed or following a Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics, or equivalent discipline
