Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand services and solutions
  • Manage end-to-end Tender / RFP / Bidding processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for proposal development and service delivery
  • Handle sales administration activities including quotation preparation, proposal documentation, order processing, and follow-ups
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, implementing strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Review, coordinate, and manage legal contracts in collaboration with the legal team to ensure commercial compliance and risk mitigation
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, contractual adherence, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee project financials including budgeting, revenue tracking, cost monitoring, margin analysis, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Prepare and present periodic performance and commercial reports to senior management
Person Specification
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Basic financial literacy with an understanding of budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost management
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, tender handling, or commercial operations will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to manage strategic accounts
  • Basic understanding of commercial documentation, contracts, and vendor management processes
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret financial information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
