Job Description

  • Configure, manage, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Configure and maintain M365 security tools such as Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance center settings
  • Manage and support Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments, including user provisioning, Group Policy, and domain services
  • Design and implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune and other platforms such as VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch), SOTI MobiControl
  • Deploy and manage device compliance policies, app protection policies, and conditional access across multiple MDM platforms
  • Define and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to secure corporate data in Microsoft 365
  • Support project implementations and assist in troubleshooting complex security and identity issues
  • Continuously monitor system performance and ensure security posture is maintained according to best practices
  • Document procedures, configurations, and technical designs

Person Specification

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar IT engineering or support role
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD administration
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud security principles
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and at least one other MDM solution (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, SOTI, MobileIron)
  • Strong understanding of DLP implementation within Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, MD-102)
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Purview
  • Understanding of device lifecycle management and endpoint security best practices
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Willingness to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced environment
