Job Description

  • Delivery & Program Governance
    - Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects/programs simultaneously
    - Ensure delivery commitments are achieved in terms of scope, schedule, quality, and cost
    - Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
    - Monitor project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation management
    - Drive proactive recovery planning for at-risk projects
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management
    Act as the primary delivery point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
    - Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and governance
    - Conduct regular steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive updates
    - Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    - Handle critical escalations and conflict resolution effectively
  • Financial & Commercial Management
    - Manage project/program financials including budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking, and revenue realization
    - Ensure optimal resource utilization and delivery profitability
    - Support commercial discussions, change requests, and contract governance
    - Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
  • Resource & Team Management
    Lead cross-functional delivery teams including Project Managers, Engineers, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts
    - Drive resource planning, capacity management, and skill allocation
    - Support talent development, mentoring, and performance management
    - Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric delivery culture
  • Risk, Quality & Compliance Management
    Ensure adherence to delivery standards, processes, and quality frameworks
    - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices
    - Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and delivery performance indicators
    - Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational governance requirements
  • Agile & Operational Excellence
    - Support Agile delivery practices and continuous delivery models
    - Drive operational efficiency through automation, process optimization, and best practices
    - Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery execution

Person Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or program management
  • 3+ years in a leadership or Delivery Management role
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications required, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SCM are preferable.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, enterprise platforms, and modern delivery models
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale technology delivery engagements
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and offshore/onshore delivery models preferred
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical teams and architects
  • Experience managing delivery financials and profitability
  • Understanding of contracts, SLAs, and commercial delivery models
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and utilization metrics
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
  • Experience managing complex enterprise delivery engagements
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
  • Strong governance, reporting, and escalation management experience
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
