Associate Engineer - Digital Infrastructure (Fixed Term)

Job Description

• Provide daily support through SummitAI for issues related to VPN, O365, printers, operating systems, OneDrive backups, and applications
• Handle device hardware–related issues or escalate them as needed
• Configure MacBooks and Windows laptops for new and existing users
• Manage warranty-related repairs with vendors, including follow-ups and payment coordination
• Perform onboarding tasks such as Active Directory (AD) account creation and laptop allocation
• Manage AD configurations, including alias updates, attribute changes, group membership, and mailbox setup
• Allocate and maintain Microsoft licenses
• Configure CCTV systems and perform daily operational checks; maintain CCTV logs and performance records
• Update and maintain IT asset records
• Manage Dialog/Mobitel portal activities when required
• Handle GDPR and security responsibilities, including IAM, MFA, incident response (IR), data protection and privacy, and access log monitoring
• Support audit- and compliance-related reporting when required

Person Specification

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, AD, O365, basic networking, and ticketing tools
• Understanding of GDPR fundamentals and security best practices
• Experience with CCTV/NVR systems, Veeam backups, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as OpManager
• Basic understanding of IAM and MFA technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
