- Assist in developing and implementing the company's employer branding strategy

Person Specification
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for employer branding and corporate communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Editing tools, etc
