Job Description
- Support the implementation of Finacle Treasury solutions by working with senior consultants and client stakeholders to deliver effective and compliant treasury solutions
- Understand bank treasury operations across front, middle, and back-office functions, including products such as FX, money market, securities, and basic derivatives
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications with minimal supervision
- Own and manage project documentation, including requirement documents, solution design inputs, user guides, and training materials, ensuring quality and completeness
- Contribute to system configuration and functional setup, ensuring alignment with business requirements and standard product capabilities
- Work collaboratively with technical, testing, and data migration teams to support implementation and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Actively participate in testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution support, and defect tracking
- Support data validation, accounting setups, and report verification activities
- Engage with business users and internal teams to clarify requirements, follow up on open items, and ensure timely task closure
- Participate in workshops and discussions, contributing effectively while escalating complex issues when required
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, documentation standards, and quality expectations with minimal oversight
- Support compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements under guidance
- Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, templates, and reusable artifacts
- Continuously build knowledge in treasury operations, banking practices, and Finacle Treasury functionalities
Person Specification
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional qualifications or certifications in Banking or Finance will be considered an advantage
- Have 4+ years of experience in banking, treasury operations, or banking system implementations
- Demonstrate exposure to banking IT projects or system implementation environments (experience with core banking or treasury systems is an advantage)
- Possess a working knowledge of treasury operations across front, middle, and back-office functions, including FX, money market, and securities
- Have a basic understanding of treasury risk concepts such as market risk, liquidity risk, and ALM
- Exposure to Finacle Treasury or similar treasury systems will be considered an advantage
- Understand the fundamentals of system configuration, integration, and how business requirements translate into system solutions
- Demonstrate the ability to independently analyze and document business requirements with clarity and structure
- Possess good communication and stakeholder interaction skills, with the ability to engage with both business and technical teams
- Exhibit structured thinking, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills
