Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges, and provide strategic solutions to meet their needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of MITESP's solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Person Specification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT).
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in either the Apparel sector or the IT sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the specific industry sector (Apparel or IT), including market trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
