  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of MITESP's solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Person Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in either the Apparel sector or the IT sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific industry sector (Apparel or IT), including market trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
