Executive/ Senior Executive - Finance

Job Description

• Proper recognition of the cost for project / milestones
• Reporting of the GP monthly / quarterly / annually
• Proper classifications of GPs based on categories and proper recording in GLs.
• Carrying out GL reconciliations and clearing (GLs 2208 & 2208)
• Posting cost PRs and if cost exceed the approved provisions keep respective parties informed on cost overrun.
• Update WIP schedules and follow-up with respective teams to get invoiced.
• Preparation of quarterly commission working
• Update / review monthly commission payouts

Person Specification

• Degree or part qualifications in CA, ACCA, CIMA or full qualification in AAT
• Good understanding on accounting standards / practise/ effective communication
• 2+ years experience in commercial sector or Audit firm
