Job Description
- Good understanding of ICT passive systems including Fiber optic and Cu cabling, IDF/ODF cabinets and active systems such as storage, switches, firewalls, and servers etc.
- Leads the performance of the operations and projects team, to deliver a professional, client focused and high performing operational services as per the agreed service scope and service level.
- Leads the operation team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
- Monitors projects delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and clients requirements, taking immediate actions in case of material deviations which would materially affect clients satisfaction or represent a breach of contractual agreements.
- Prepare and provide daily and monthly management reports and shift handover reports in a timely manner.
- Understands the impact of operations delivery on clients business and manages teams ability to meet target goals through coordination of continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensures that the work is completed within strict time scales and elevates incidents within defined time windows.
- Manages the technical service relationship between SIBCA and subcontractors/vendors.
- Maintains a high level of client satisfaction by clarifying client needs and ensuring that they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Participates in customer/site visits and project reviews and responds to project, product, technical, and customer- relations clarification.
- Communicates and coordinates with all Disciplines and Stakeholders daily.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with Clients, Statutory Authorities, and other 3rd parties as required.
- Demonstrates ownership qualities, for the team quality, and the timely delivery of projects.
Person Specification
- 10+ years experience in a managerial role.
- System expertise in areas such as ELV, Security and ICT.
- Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a delivery manager.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of delivery systems and processes.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Experience in strategic planning and risk management.
