Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges, and provide strategic solutions to meet their needs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of MIT ESP's solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Person Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT)
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in either the Apparel sector or the IT sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific industry sector (Apparel or IT), including market trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
