Associate Consultant - Business Analysis (Internal Applicants Only)

Job Description

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts
• Strategic Requirement Management: Oversee the elicitation, analysis, and prioritization of business requirements to align with organizational goals and Business Analysis framework
• Process Optimization: Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending actionable solutions
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project objectives
• Solution Oversight: Evaluate and endorse proposed solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, are feasible, and comply with enterprise standards
• Project Planning and Execution: Support project management activities, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Extensive experience: Demonstrate extensive experience in business analysis with a strong track record of leading teams and driving successful project outcomes

Person Specification

• Degree in IT or a related field from a recognized University
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in advanced business analysis tools and methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels
