Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Consultant to lead our marketing operations on a temporary basis. The role will manage our marketing team and agency partners to deliver campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that keep our momentum strong during this transition period. You will ensure continuity of ongoing projects while driving key marketing, communication, and regional campaigns.
Job Description
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Oversee the company's overall marketing and branding strategy in line with business goals
- Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives, digital activations, employer branding, and internal engagement
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication and creative materials
Campaigns & Content
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, case studies, flyers, videos, and merchandise
- Oversee the content calendar across social media, digital channels, and internal communications
- Supervise digital marketing campaigns such as LinkedIn ads, Mailchimp emailers, and website updates
Public Relations & Media
- Handle all PR activities press releases, media coordination, and coverage
- Support leadership with key messages and thought-leadership content
- Manage award submissions and ensure brand consistency across all media touchpoints
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute customer, partner, and industry events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with event partners and internal teams for agendas, layouts, invitations, and feedback
- Manage pre- and post-event communications and social media updates
Internal Communications
- Oversee employee engagement, CSR updates, project win announcements, and newsletters
- Work with HR and leadership to strengthen employer branding and internal culture messaging
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team (Senior Executive Digital Marketing & Comms, and Associate Creative Designer)
- Manage agency relationships, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, technology, and leadership for seamless execution
Person Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; postgraduate qualification (CIM/MBA) is an advantage
- Minimum 08 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the technology or enterprise solutions sector
- Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and event planning
- Excellent stakeholder management, project coordination, and copywriting skills
- Proven experience leading teams and working with agencies
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Creative, organised, and results-driven with strong communication skills
