Business Analyst - Business Analysis

Job Description

• Clearly articulate and document business requirements and communicate to the solution teams
• Engage in designing the solution along with the solutioning team
• Engage in testing and certification of the solution
• Proactively resolve open issues and work with the delivery teams to address key defects
• Work with customers to understand their requirements
• Manage ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction
• Engage in all activities during the pre-sales stage
• Conduct solution training and customer walk through
• Understand the Business Analysis Framework at MillenniumIT ESP
• Provide support to the internal initiatives which maybe beyond the scope of responsibilities, in order to achieve common organizational goals
• Undertake any other tasks requested by the Line Manager

Person Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Information Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in written and spoken English
• Ability to interface with customers and act as a single point of contact for requirements
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Curiosity and the ability to quickly acquire domain and technical knowledge
• Passion for innovative solution design with the ability to anticipate business trends
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking domain or with exposure to Core Banking Systems, will be an added advantage.
