Objective
Formulate policies, plans, and strategies, as well as manage and develop marketing personnel to effectively distribute ethanol and molasses products with competitive advantage. Build products and brand equity to achieve organizational goals in terms of value creation, brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies, plans, and strategies for marketing, sales, and delivery management to achieve targets within the specified timeframe, while meeting the needs of current and future customers.
- Prepare budgets and profit forecasts, and control marketing expenditures for both domestic and international markets, including brand management and product development.
- Innovate and continuously improve marketing methods, channels, trends, and modern management systems.
- Recruit, build, and develop personnel to be knowledgeable, capable, and perform with quality, while ensuring their well-being and continuously improving work systems and processes.
- Maintain market leadership and drive sustainable future growth.
- Build brand equity to expand into the Asia-Pacific region.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial function from the energy or related sectors.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to execute effectively.
- Excellent command of English.
