Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and help shape the companys future direction.
  • Analyze changing market dynamics and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands.
  • Define brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the design and execution of marketing materials to support campaigns and brand communication.
  • Leverage consumer insights and market research (quantitative and qualitative) to inform brand strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, customer behavior, and channel performance.

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

  • Own the e-commerce strategy for skincare across key platforms (DTC and third-party).
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams to optimize online product visibility, campaign performance, and conversion.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid media.
  • Monitor and analyze online consumer behavior, conversion data, and user journeys to improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally within the skincare or personal care sector.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across functions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for beauty, skincare, and innovation.
