Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration for the mineral water portfolio across modern trade, general trade, and HORECA channels.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives including promotions, merchandising, and POS (Point of Sale) materials to increase brand visibility and drive product demand.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales and marketing activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling products in modern trade channel, but experience in general trade and HORECA channels are also preferred.
  • Results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
