What you will do:

  • Manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and projects.
  • Review and revise HR policies and SOPs, so that they can be applied appropriately, in accordance with changes or applicable regulations.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, payroll, recruitment, personnel policies, training development, develop performance management system and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain good relations with relevant government agencies, such as Manpower Office, Immigration Office, Local Government, etc. and resolve any existing problems both internal and external that related to your responsibilities.
  • Manage relation and general affair activities
  • Manage the expatriate formalities strictly including fostering good relations
  • Manage the corporate legal documentation covering business licenses, reporting and registration//requirements

What you need to have:

  • Indonesian national, with 8-10 years of HR experience in strategic business partnering in either a multinational or local working environment.
  • Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written).
  • Solid experience in handling industrial Relations matters including negotiating collective labour agreements and managing day to day HR Operations.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesia employment legislation and best practices.
  • Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Experience in local and cross-border HR support specifically across Indonesia and South East Asia is preferred.
  • Conduct yourself with high integrity and have an open, collaborative communication style.
  • An agile and flexible approach, with an intuitive understanding on how to influence a range of personalities and styles.
