Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President Domestic Sales to lead and grow our sugar business in the domestic market. This role is critical in driving sales performance, managing key sales channels, and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both top-line and bottom-line targets while aligning with Mitr Phols core values of Mastery, Innovation, Trust, and Resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets across all domestic channels.
- Channel Management: Oversee and drive performance across Traditional Trade (wholesalers and bakeries), Modern Trade, Industrial, and HORECA channels.
- Sales Operations: Lead and manage sales teams, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and effective performance management.
- Distribution & Expansion: Expand and optimize distribution networks nationwide. Manage and build strong relationships with distributors to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Commercial Excellence: Drive pricing, trade promotions, and customer management strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams. Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture aligned with Mitr Phol values.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to proactively adapt strategies and maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry, preferably in Food & Beverage.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and driving profitable growth across multiple sales channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead large, diverse sales teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- High adaptability, strategic thinking, and execution capability in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
