Job Summary:
Mitr Phol is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our skincare brands, CURA-MD and Barelief. This role is critical in achieving sales targets, managing distributor performance, and ensuring effective budget control. The ideal candidate will bring strong FMCG experience, preferably in skincare or personal care, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales performance for skincare brands to achieve or exceed targets.
- Oversee distributor operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and agreed action plans.
- Foster strong relationships with key distributors and trade partners to build brand presence and accelerate growth.
- Analyze market trends, sales reports, and customer data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage sales budgets and trade spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Monitor key KPIs and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong preference for experience in the skincare or personal care category.
- Proven track record in managing distributor networks and achieving sales objectives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
