Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans by channel, with a focus on achieving volume, value, and distribution targets.
  • Lead annual business planning including sales forecasting, budgeting, and trade investment planning.
  • Manage P&L for key accounts, focusing on profitability, ROI, and gross margin improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient operations across warehousing, logistics, inventory, and salesforce productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with distributor sales teams to drive execution excellence and accelerate growth.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance on a monthly basis to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage distributor and customer agreements to maximize value and return on investment.
  • Stay up to date with market dynamics and competitor activity, and implement responsive trade strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, trade terms, spending controls, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales and trade management within the consumer products sector, preferably in skincare or personal care.
  • Proven experience in managing distributors and trade spending effectively.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
