Scope of Work:

• Identify, plan, and monitor both short and long-term innovation strategy of Mitr Phol through collaboration with all business units.
• Develop work system, procedure, and people management system within Innovation Center to enhance and motivate employee to initiate new innovation.
• Establish Mitr Phol innovation portfolio and roadmap to gain competitive advantage of over competitors.
• Research, invent, and develop new potential Breakthrough Innovation consistently.
• Promote culture of change and innovation within Mitr Phol.

Qualification:

• Education: At least master degree in science, chemical engineeering, biotechnology, or related (Ph.D. preferred)
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience in R&D function in related industry
• Ability to formulate vision, mission, strategy, direction, and action plan for the department.
• Ability to steer through and manage change.
• Ability to develop relationship with external stakeholders, e.g, education institutes, governments, trade association, etc.
• Strong leadership skill with inclusive leadership style.
