Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Define target audiences and create strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
  • New Product Development: leading and managing the entire new product development process, from ideation to commercialization. Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee the creation of prototypes and coordinate testing phases. Ensure that new products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to facilitate approvals and certifications.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Collaborate with design teams to maintain and enhance brand identity. Develop and enforce brand guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. Optimize online content for search engines and user experience.
  • Campaign Management: Strategically plan and implement marketing campaigns that are in line with the brand direction and goal. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and plans to promote the brand, to ensure that the brand has effective support for short & long-term growth.
  • Conduct market study to understand market trends in order to identify and maintain the market desired position for relevant products.
  • Working closely with sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations. Plan and meet sales goals, tactical promotions and yearly dealers incentive guidelines.
  • Gather reports and analyze accounts buying trends and support the sales team with findings for business improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Understanding current and potential customers in order to develop and implement retention and acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies in food & beverage category, from FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Experience in consumable, food products, healthy food drinks, or related product will be of advantage.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Able to travel up-country for market visit from time to time.
  • An understanding of big picture: the who, the what, and the why.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, possess planning and organizing skills, persistent in aim for improvement
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, pragmatic, analytical, prioritization, problem solving, presentation, and negotiation skills.
