Job Description:
- Responsible for the nationwide sales target of the fertilizer products, both volume and revenue.
- Ensuring that sales team is able to expand new distribution channels and achieve set coverage target.
- Review and approve the proposed annual sales plan and sales strategy of each of each territory. Establish nationwide sales strategy, then follow up on the implementation of sales plan.
- Prepare sales budget, monitor and control sales spending to ensure budget is utilized effectively.
- Monitor and control performance of sales team regularly by closely reviewing their executions and performances. Provide direction, guidance, and coaching in order to ensure sales target achievement.
- Work closely with marketing team in developing marketing plan, promotional plan, and tactical campaigns.
- Work in tandem with other functions (planning, production, logistics, and quality) to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the development of new products.
- Help promoting brand awareness, and increase good top-of-mind perceptions from both internal and external customers.
- Build and strengthen relationship with customers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record and proven success in sales function with more than 5 years of experience in managing sales team at national level.
- Relevent product experience, ie., fertilizer, seeds, or crop protection chemicals.
- Ability to demonstrate that you are able to formulate effective strategy, sales plan, promotional plan, and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and managerial skill.
- Good command of English.
