  About the job HR Manager (China Business)
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business direction and drive company growth.
 - Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related issues and decisions.
 - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
 - Develop and promote collaboration between HR Thai and Chinese team
 - Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee appraisals.
 - Analyze compensation trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
 - Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
 - Provide guidance on organizational structure and design.
 - Initiate and implement learning development programs to support employee growth and retention.
 - Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Mitr Phol Group, local labor laws and regulations.
 - Oversee HR operations, including managing subordinates responsible for day-to-day HR tasks.
 - Liaise and negotiate with government entities and local labor union to ensure smooth cooperation with the company.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's in OD, Human Resource Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
 - Minimum of 10 years work experience in HRM, HRD, HROD Talent Development/Management
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of business acumen.
 - Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization, preferable for working experience from international company context.
 - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and highly motivated.
 - Good command in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
