Senior Financial Accountant (Taiwan)

Responsibilities:

• Manage A/R, G/L, and A/P accounting activities, including monthly and yearly closing.
• Recheck monthly reports, consolidate data, and prepare P&L reports in coordination with the Thailand accounting team.
• Conduct yearly closing accounting reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with our accounting shared service (Local partner) to oversee payment activities.
• Handle VAT and tax affairs preparation and maintain effective communication with IRS, authorities, and audit firm.
• Take charge of financial statements and corporate income tax reports audited by audit firm.
• Provide expertise in projecting interest rates and hedging strategies.
• Prepare and support auditors during the annual audit process.
• Prepare and submit payment documents for approval from the Authorizer person and subsequently submit them to Lenders (Banks).
• Support the project team in due diligence with Lenders (Local bank/Syndicate lenders).
• Assist the project team in preparing project cash flow, payment schedules, and other financial requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
• Record payment and activities in SAP/ERP/NetSuite or other systems after their implementation next year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy/Financial or related fields (B.Acc/M.Acc).
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
• English proficiency of at least 600 TEIC.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP/Oracle/NetSuite or other similar systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Taiwan tax regulations.
