About the job HR Business Partner - Overseas Business (Bangkok Based)

2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent

  • Develop global mobility policy for international assignment.
  • Design compensation and benefit package for international assignee to comply with host country regulations.
  • Execute global mobility policy and its operation for international business assignees.
  • Collaborate with HR in host country in managing assignee/expat.
  • Execute HR operational process for expat e.g. performance management, talent selection development.
  • Provide consultations and guidelines in HR related matters to HR in host country to align corporate policy with country's business direction.
  • Ensure quality of work and smooth HR operation in each host country.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as in HR function, preferably as HRBP or HR generalist.
  • Well-equipped with modern HR knowledge and know various HR tools.
  • Exposure in as HR - Overseas is highly desirable.
  • High passion, hands-on, result-oriented, resilient, with high integrity.
  • Excellent command of English is a must (TOEIC required 700 and up)
