About the job Vice President - Digital Transformation
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Operating Model Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation strategy and roadmap covering experience design, digital products, data, platforms, and integration; establish operating principles, governance, and sustainable transformation.
- Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align value cases, govern change, and drive adoption; maintain partner/vendor relationships for capability acceleration.
- Portfolio & Delivery Excellence Prioritize and oversee the portfolio (from discovery to adoption), ensuring benefits realization, risk management, and on-time delivery using agile/hybrid methods.
- Experience & Process Lead human-centered design and process automation to improve usability, adoption, and operational efficiency across journeys and internal workflows.
- Digital Product & Platform Leadership Guide the design and evolution of digital products, integration architecture, and platforms (applications, APIs, and cloud environments) aligned with business priorities and security standards.
- Data-Driven Organization Drive the enterprise data strategy, governance, and lifecycle to ensure integrity, accessibility, and compliance; foster data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.
- People & Capability Build and mentor high-performing teams; set standards for skills, career paths, and practices across Digital Strategy & Delivery Engagement, Experience Design & Process Automation, Digital Product Management, and Data Product Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; Masters preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience leading digital or IT transformation at an enterprise scale, including 5 years in senior management role.
- Proven ability to formulate and execute digital strategies, translating them into measurable outcomes and sustainable operating models.
- Strong command of product management, platform & integration, data strategy/governance, and experience design/automation
- Proficiency in portfolio governance, benefits realization, change management, and partner/vendor management.
- Demonstrated strength in team leadership and talent development, fostering engagement, collaboration, and a growth-oriented culture.
- Exceptional communication, strategic influence, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology leaders.
