Location: Homebush - Hybrid (NSW)

Salary: $100K + super + NFP salary packaging

VRA Rescue NSW, a volunteer-driven emergency rescue organisation, is seeking a Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator to lead strategic fundraising initiatives and build strong partnerships that drive growth and operational capability.

What you will do:

• Secure grants, corporate partnerships, sponsorships and community fundraising revenue.
• Develop compelling proposals, campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
• Manage budgets and measure fundraising outcomes to ensure sustainable growth.
• Build strong relationships with donors, partners, volunteers and internal teams.
• Use data and insights to shape strategy and maximise impact.

What were looking for:

• Proven fundraising/business development experience in the not-for-profit sector.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets across multiple streams.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and financial management abilities.
