About the job Senior Executive, Credit Non Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit operations for non-retail clients, including credit analysis, risk assessment, and credit approval processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with non-retail clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any credit-related inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of credit requests and applications
- Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide recommendations for credit limit adjustments and risk management strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in credit operations, preferably in a non-retail setting
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and credit approval processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of non-retail clients and achieving targets
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to credit operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
