About the job Senior Executive, Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis for individual and business loan applications to evaluate repayment capacity and potential risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication throughout the credit assessment and approval process
- Identify potential business opportunities through client interactions, referrals, and market intelligence while ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures
- Act as the key point of contact for clients regarding loan application requirements, credit documentation, and assessment-related inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Risk Management, to ensure smooth and accurate credit evaluation and loan processing
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, business performance, and collateral information to support sound credit recommendations
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential credit risks and business opportunities
- Prepare and present clear credit assessment reports and recommendations for management review and approval
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit files, assessment records, and reports within the system and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements, lending practices, and risk management standards related to credit assessment
- Provide support to team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the credit assessment function
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or business development, preferably in the contract management industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
