About the job Sales Supervisor (THK)
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve Bank targets and objectives
- Managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Participating in sales meetings and providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
