Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet Bank objectives

- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team targets

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve overall company goals

- Train and onboard new sales associates and provide ongoing support and coaching

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers

- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales and car sales

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices

- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions

- Fluency in English and Lao language is required is a plus
