About the job Senior Executive, Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other strategies.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports to management on client retention, satisfaction, and business growth.
- Mentor and train junior team members to improve their relationship management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial and audit industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Lao, both written and spoken.
