Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed Bank targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
- Travel to client sites for meetings and presentations as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a technology or software company
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
