About the job Executive, Collection (THK)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of collection agents and provide guidance, support and training as needed.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery of outstanding debts.
- Monitor and track the performance of the collection team and provide regular reports to management.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized collection plans.
- Ensure that all collections are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle escalated collection cases and resolve any issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously review and improve collection processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to streamline processes and improve overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding collection targets.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with collection software is preferred.
