Job Overview:

Were seeking an experienced Cost Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced finance team supporting a leading manufacturer. In this role, you'll provide detailed cost forecasting, margin analysis, and financial reporting to drive better decisions across operations, R&D, and executive leadership.

This position is ideal for candidates with Big 4 public accounting experience who are looking to transition into an in-house role with better work/life balance and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and analyze manufacturing cost variances and spending
  • Prepare detailed gross margin and standard cost reports
  • Analyze variance accounts and provide clear insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
  • Automate reconciliations and financial reporting processes in Oracle
  • Support revenue and R&D cost forecasting
  • Contribute to monthly/quarterly close activities
  • Improve existing processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Experience with Oracle or another enterprise ERP system
  • Background in manufacturing or semiconductors a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5+ years of accounting experience

  • Public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
