A leading innovator in high-performance electronic components seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of its BLDC Motor Drive IC portfolio. This is a high-impact, strategic role connecting cutting-edge R&D with market-leading customers across industrial, energy, and automotive sectors.

What Youll Do:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for BLDC Motor Drive ICs

• Cultivate and manage key ecosystem partnerships (MCU and hardware partners)

• Lead new product introductions, customer engagements, and account growth initiatives

• Collaborate with Applications & Sales teams to develop clear, compelling collateral

• Oversee full product lifecycle management with an emphasis on value pricing and gross margin

• Serve as the voice of the marketgather competitive intel and shape future product directions

• Facilitate seamless communication between R&D and Marketing

• Manage forecasts and create persuasive presentations that articulate value propositions

• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings worldwide

What You Bring:

• Deep market knowledge of motor drive ICs and BLDC topologies

• Technical fluency in SW algorithms, IPM, and HB topologies

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

• Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies

• Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international)
