About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager who's ready to bring their accounting skills in-house and enjoy more control over their work-life balance. In this role, you'll lead core finance operations, manage cost systems, guide a small team, and play a key part in financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs, budgets, and financial forecasts across departments
  • Oversee monthly and annual financial closings
  • Lead standard cost systems and analyze manufacturing variances
  • Supervise a team of two and support global accounting efforts
  • Maintain customer financial agreements, rebates, and credits
  • Work closely with Oracle and Excel for accurate reporting and automation
  • Support collections and credit limit reviews
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX regulations
  • Assist with audits and other financial projects
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Big 4 or public accounting experience is a strong plus
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Skilled in cost accounting and financial systems
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • CPA or MBA preferred (but not required)
  • Background in semiconductors or manufacturing
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, prioritization, and communication
