About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager who's ready to bring their accounting skills in-house and enjoy more control over their work-life balance. In this role, you'll lead core finance operations, manage cost systems, guide a small team, and play a key part in financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage costs, budgets, and financial forecasts across departments
- Oversee monthly and annual financial closings
- Lead standard cost systems and analyze manufacturing variances
- Supervise a team of two and support global accounting efforts
- Maintain customer financial agreements, rebates, and credits
- Work closely with Oracle and Excel for accurate reporting and automation
- Support collections and credit limit reviews
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX regulations
- Assist with audits and other financial projects
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Big 4 or public accounting experience is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Skilled in cost accounting and financial systems
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA or MBA preferred (but not required)
- Background in semiconductors or manufacturing
- Experience managing or mentoring staff
- Strong skills in problem-solving, prioritization, and communication
