The Client Value Data Analytics Manager plays a central role in building and executing pricing, client value, and data strategies. Working closely with senior leaders in project management, pricing, and operations, this position defines best practices for growth, efficiency, and client engagement. Oversight of a team of analysts ensures accuracy, consistency, and innovation in how data is collected, interpreted, and applied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Value Data Analysts, ensuring precision, consistency, and professional growth.

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement pricing models, budgeting tools, and reporting templates that support decision-making.

  • Manage cross-functional initiatives with IT, FP&A, and business development to align analytics platforms with organizational goals.

  • Deliver client-facing analytics projects, including pricing and profitability reports tailored to business needs.

  • Oversee data governance to ensure integrity across client and matter records, including alternative fee arrangements.

  • Drive continuous improvement by automating, standardizing, and streamlining analytics processes.

  • Analyze firmwide trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and growth.

  • Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, variance analysis, and rate evaluation.

  • Manage matter-closing documentation and intelligence gathering for knowledge management and future pricing strategies.

  • Contribute to annual rate analysis and related financial planning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial and data analytics, with strong business acumen and expertise in corporate finance, accounting, or professional services.

  • Bachelors degree in data science, finance, economics, business, or a related field.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and data visualization/presentation platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.

  • Experience with MS Fabric or similar tools a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
