Director of Sales -  Semiconductor Components

A leading global provider in short-range, low-power wireless semiconductor solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business expansion across the U.S. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales within the semiconductor space selling into OEM accounts..

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales activities at OEM accounts. Territory is open and dependent on candidate location + company need. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to secure design wins and manage revenue growth.

Drive and support an established manufacturers' rep network to uncover and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain detailed account plans to guide the pursuit of new design activity, track project progress, and align internal resources to support successful outcomes.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including applications engineering and product development to advance opportunities through the design cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in semiconductor sales, preferably in wireless or low-power connectivity markets in the USA market.
  • Ability to manage complex customer engagements, forecast revenue, and influence design decisions.
  • BS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering -or- suitable technical degree. 

  • Strong communication and planning skills with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
