Job Description:
Job Title: Assistant Procurement Manager - Packaging
Company: Unilever Japan
Location: Nakamegturo GT Tower, 2-1-1 Kamimeguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo (with Flexible Work Options)
Salary Range: ¥6,500,000 - ¥9,000,000 JPY per year
- Includes estimated bonuses and overtime pay.
- Final salary determined based on experience and skills.
- Bonuses: 3 times a year (March, July, December)

Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging material sourcing for implementation innovation & promotion
- Leading Unilever sustainability agenda related to package procurement
- Sourcing strategy creation and execution
- Generate saving opportunity (Price negotiation with suppliers,Spec optimization with R&D)
- Supplier relationship management
What You'll Bring (Mandatory):
- Procurement experience or Sales experience in packaging companies
- Packaging or printing technology knowledge
- Negotiation skills for cost control
Preferred Skills:
- R&D experience
- Supply Chain experience
- Analytical skill (for cost and supplier)
