Job Title: Assistant Procurement Manager - Packaging

Salary Range: ¥6,500,000 - ¥9,000,000 JPY per year

  • Includes estimated bonuses and overtime pay.
  • Final salary determined based on experience and skills.
  • Bonuses: 3 times a year (March, July, December)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging material sourcing for implementation innovation & promotion
  • Leading Unilever sustainability agenda related to package procurement
  • Sourcing strategy creation and execution
  • Generate saving opportunity (Price negotiation with suppliers,Spec optimization with R&D)
  • Supplier relationship management

What You'll Bring (Mandatory):

  • Procurement experience or Sales experience in packaging companies
  • Packaging or printing technology knowledge
  • Negotiation skills for cost control

Preferred Skills:

  • R&D experience
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Analytical skill (for cost and supplier)
