CAD Designer

We have been providing cost-effective solutions for common pool problems in municipalities, military bases, high-rise buildings, YMCAs, schools, private clubs, and hotels in every US state. Our customers include pool operators in public and commercial sectors, as well as architects, engineers, and designers.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an individual with 5-7 years experience with building structures, plan layouts, and integral details. Potential candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to read construction blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure in an active environment to meet deadlines.
• Be able to complete a set of working drawings for construction.
• Fluent in AutoCAD, Inventor, Excel, and Word software.
• AutoCAD 3D and SketchUp capabilities helpful.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.

Additional job requirements:

• Work with outside project architects and engineers
• Be able to have some on-site job visits
• Have the ability to interact in small or large group settings to accomplish goals

• Leadership role within the design team
