🐼 Responsibilities

- Create sales business plans

- Set and manage sales goals and quotas

- Manage the entire sales cycle

- Identify new sales opportunities

- Build strong client relationships

- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

- Provide customer support when needed

- Provide professional after-sales support

- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction

- Prepare and present reports on KPIs

🥇Requirements

- Fluency in English

- Successful track record in sales and achieving targets (ideally 3-4 years)

- Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve goals

- Natural ability to build rapport quickly, find new clients and develop strong relationships

- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills

- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience
