As part of our strategized growth, our business is seeking experienced pre-sales staff based out of Lebanon. This will be an exciting opportunity to spread your wings in the world of Telecommunications and utilize your networks in this industry.

Key focus areas for this role will be:

·         Work closely with Sales and Product teams to plan demonstrations and presentations

·         Ensure adequate transfer of technical and product knowledge to customers

·         Communicate complex technical issues to customers in easy terms

·         Regular reporting on activity, concerns and open issues to Group Sales

·         Understand Customer’s needs, requirements, priorities to help identify appropriate solutions

·         Support the Regional Sales Director to drive sales opportunities towards successful closure

 Requirements:

We will be looking for the following:

·         Minimum 5-year experience technical support/presales/technical sales experience

·         Preferred direct experience in sales or presales in the telecommunications industry

·         Innovative with proven ability to take initiative

·         Self-confident, with a proactive and can-do attitude, someone who likes challenges

·         Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills

·         Must be able to speak English

·         Excellent interpersonal skills
