Are you an entrepreneur passionate about energy innovation, grid resilience or climate adaptation technologies?
The Collider MWCapital is looking for entrepreneurs with founder experience, strong business leadership, and a passion for energy transition technologies.
You will join our 3-month business validation phase, working closely with leading researchers to assess the feasibility, market fit and business potential of breakthrough solutions in the energy sector.
Once the projects are confirmed and the team validated, you may become the CEO & Co-Founder of a new clean-energy deep-tech venture.
About the Energy Opportunity

These projects require founders capable of navigating utility partnerships, industrial pilots, regulatory environments, and long sales cycles.
Your Challenges as Entrepreneur

Leading customer discovery with utilities and grid operators

Defining commercialization strategy and partnerships

Planning and executing pilots at industrial or city scale

Building regulatory and market access strategy

Raising early public and private funding

Leading the operational setup of the spin-off

This Opportunity Is for You If:
You are an entrepreneur with experience in energy systems, smart grids, climate risk tools or industrial SaaS
Experienced in public and private fundraising

Comfortable in B2B industrial sales, partnerships and pilots

Skilled in strategy, leadership and technical-commercial execution

Eligible to work in Spain
Fluent in English
