Job Description
Are you an entrepreneurial leader in biotech or therapeutics looking to build a spin-off from breakthrough research?
The Collider MWCapital is scouting founders with strategic vision and experience in drug development, biologics or advanced therapies.
You will participate in a 3-month business validation phase with top research teams, and if validated, become the CEO & Co-Founder of a new biotech company.
About the Therapeutics & Biotech Opportunity
Our pipeline includes technologies such as:

Novel small molecules with first-in-class mechanisms

Light-regulated drugs or targeted delivery approaches

Recombinant proteins and biologics for chronic or age-related diseases

Rare disease therapeutics (Orphan Drug path)

Womens health innovations (fertility, reproductive health)

Ophthalmology and neurodegeneration treatments
These projects require founders familiar with preclinical development, regulatory strategy (EMA/FDA), pharma partnerships and fundraising.
Your Challenges as Entrepreneur

Defining strategy, IP positioning and development roadmap

Structuring preclinical and regulatory pathways (IND-enabling studies)

Building partnerships with CROs, pharma, clinicians and KOLs

Planning and executing a compelling fundraising strategy

Leading operations, team building and early company creation

6,000 stipend during the validation phase (2,000 p/month)

This Opportunity Is for You If:
- You are a founder or early-stage biotech leader (therapeutics, biologics, drug discovery)
- Experienced in preclinical development, regulatory strategy or biotech partnerships

Strong in fundraising and strategic decision-making

Resilient and comfortable with long development cycles

Eligible to work in Spain; fluent in English
