Your tasks:

• Advising customers on the introduction of ITSM solutions or platforms
• Analysis of customer requirements and design of technical solutions
• Taking over sub-projects and work packages as well as controlling and technical leadership of the development team
• Documentation of technical solutions
• Estimation of development costs for work packages
• Implementation of customer requirements on the appropriate technical platform such as Valuemation or ivanti (formerly HEAT Software)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed IT training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in the conception and/or implementation of IT service management solutions
• Several years of experience in administration and professional development in the area of ​​ITSM platforms and in script-oriented programming languages ​​(e.g. PowerShell)
• Experience with web services (SOAP / REST) ​​desirable
• ITSM process know-how desirable (ITIL Foundation)
• Confident demeanor towards customers and advisory skills
• Structured and independent work
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
