Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Account Executive to provide dedicated support and coordination for all account services. As the primary contact for our client, you will play a key role in the development and execution of advertising and communications plans aligned with our client's marketing plan. This is a full-time, 100% dedicated position that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of account management in an advertising agency environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide general, daily support and coordination of communications for all account services, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with client objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for our client, fostering a strong, positive relationship with the client.
- Develop comprehensive advertising and communications plans in alignment with the client's marketing plan, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage account-related activities, client meetings, and ensure clear communication between the client and internal teams.
- Coordinate with specialists on the Account Services Team, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality services to the client.
- Prepare routine status reports and updates to keep the client informed of progress, developments, and any potential issues.
- Maintain a strong presence ensuring collaboration and effective communication within the team and with the client.
