About the job Site Marketing Manager, Fashion & Fitness Marketing
In this role, you'll
own the strategy, execution, and optimization of site merchandising across
Amazon.com translating data into action and ideas into captivating campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
Key job responsibilities
- Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and
segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative category
creative content
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives
- Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any
project blockers.
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced
environment
- Ability to leverage data to drive decision making
- Familiarity and comfort with Gen AI applications for content and copy
- Refined eye for trend in Fashion and/or Fitness industries.
